Why is it free?
Landy is new, and the honest way to build something landlords actually want is with real landlords using it. While that happens, your feedback is the price.
Will it stay free?
Not forever. When a paid plan arrives, early landlords will hear well beforehand, and there will be no surprise switch-off. We'd rather lose a dollar than a reputation.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export everything as CSV or a printable summary whenever you like, including after a price exists, and including if you decide Landy isn't for you.
Is there a catch in the fine print?
No selling your data, no advertising, no charging your tenants. The plan is boring: make something useful, then charge a fair price for it.
