Essential cookies (always active)
These cookies are necessary for the service to function. Without them you cannot sign in or use Landy. They do not require your consent.

Browser storage for the free tools
The free tools on this site (the compliance statement builder, the Healthy Homes self-check, the checklists and the letter templates) save what you type in your browser's local storage, so your work is still there if you come back. It stays on your device and is never sent to Landy. “Start again” in each tool clears it, and so does clearing your browser's site data. We do count, without any of the content, that a tool was started, finished or printed, so we know which tools are worth improving.
Analytics cookies (optional)
If PostHog analytics are enabled, Landy sets an anonymised identifier to measure how users interact with the product. This helps us understand which features are used and where we can improve the experience.

Analytics events do not include personally identifiable information such as your email address or name. No analytics data is shared with advertisers.
